Re: Live interlude - Igloo On Two

Hey guys! No need to donate organs to your left and right smile
We've considered this a couple of times, but we will not be releasing this concert on DVD, not at the moment at least, sorry! We want to, and we will release a live DVD one day but it has to meet our standards, and this one does not! You (I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M SAYING THIS!!!) just have to download it tongue

Re: Live interlude - Igloo On Two

Maybe an "official bootleg" type release, for the real fans. TFK do these and they are quite popular.

I have this on VCD. Yes I downloaded it. I think I'll have to agree with Rikard to a degree. The keyboards are very low in the mix. Especially the Nord (working from memory here). The performances are great but the total mix is a bit of a mess (this could be due to the .avi compression, though) Directing is a bit stiff. But this is still great stuff from a bunch of young "doods" playing the music THEY want to play! I like the raw energy.

If an official release would be released this could count as an extra feature on a 2nd disc.

I also ripped the audio from the video and made me a very nice 2 hour live album!

If it's alright with Rikard I can guide you to the right place for the video download.

So the download finished and I just started watching it and who stares me in the face but my pal David from PIU.  Had no idea you guys were chums with him, hopefully he makes an appearance in this show.

Good god that slaughtered.  Was hoping to see Tall Tales on there but Blue Moon more than made up for it, rad Beatles cover too.

Re: Live interlude - Igloo On Two

I haven't seen the whole thing yet, but that blackbird cover is very cool indeed!
I have to watch the entire concert sometime soon.... wink
