In 2003 soon after the release of our self titled debut we were asked by Rivel Records, our label at the time, to participate on a tribute album to The Sweet. The song handed to us was the wonderful "Mother Earth" from the 1979 album "Cut Above the Rest". The original is pure greatness so ofcourse we jumped at the chance to put our own arrangement into it, for better or worse. Parts were added, the instrumental section extended and our version of the song was recorded sometime in the autumn of 2003. "The Sweet According to Sweden" was released in February the following year. I have posted it on our myspace site www.myspace.com/brighteyebrison
